Last January we put down one of our family members due to cancer in the hip. Mr Poops was the dog you always wanted in so many ways... patient, kind, loving, but he could not stay with us as long as we wanted. We will always miss him and love him, but we know in our hearts he would want us to be happy... that was simply The Poop.
His love of us inspired us to try the LAB game again so now we introduce Mr Puppy Bear (aka Jackson Duke Meigs Shotton... a black lab puppy who was born on 10-10-08 and is truly living up to Mr Poops memory... so far he ate Christi's flip flops, loves to fetch but not retrieve, eats like a PIG, sleeps like a baby and even Diane likes him!

annot leave out Mr Fatty (aka Dakota - the first born)... he is slowly warming up to the idea of not being the "only dog" and he is the definition of the "grumpy old man" but after nine years he is opening up to the idea of being a mentor (ie: covert trainer of bad dog behavior) to Jackson...
